We use Peltier Device for Thermal Test Solutions. It’s simple, compact, easy to use, accurate & less maintenance is required.

 

Variety of applications, e.g. Semiconductor device, Automotive, Military,  Aerospace, electronic parts, and the materials tests, etc.

 

The system requires:

  • Max Power Peltier Thermal Head, iT550 or iT555
  • System Controller FC-4610
  • Chiller CCA-1111, Nitrogen Generator TWC-05

Simulate temperature environment test:

  • From-55°C to+135°C, temperature control accuracy ± 0.1°C.
  • 4 min. from ambient to -55°C
  • 3 min. from -55°C to+135°C

Equipped with RS remote control, temperature programmable controller.

SYSTEM CONTROLLER

FC-4610

FC-4610 is a temperature controller developed to drive the Cascade Peltier Device Thermal Head (iT550 or iT555). The thermo regulator is operated by a programmable controller.  Highly accurate temperature control (± 0.1˚C), wide temperature range -60˚C to +150˚C (temperature setting range) and can interface with PC (option).  Peltier temperature adjustment controller (FC 6410) is equipped with pt100 sensor for temperature measurement.

The cooling surface of -55˚C is achieved by circulating cold anti-freeze in the Peltier device.

Nitrogen Generator TWC-05
Dew is prevented on the surfave of the Peltier device by nitrogen gas when the temperature is below zero.
